 Our counselling/therapy aims to work with clients to find new meaning and paint their lives how they want them to be while learning that those negative life experiences they have gone through do not define their identity. Instead, our counselling promotes positive regard and self-compassion; encouraging clients to explore the world's limitless opportunities available to them.
