Stress Management
Stress is primarily a physical response to various situations - based on regular thinking patterns, beliefs, previous experiences & information. This is happens when stressed the body think it is under attack and switches to fight or fight mode, releasing a complex mix of hormones & chemicals, such as adrenaline, cortisol and nor-epinephrine to prepare the body for physical reaction.
